The process for becoming a new guest of THE GLOW UP is to first fill out the pre-consultation form, which only takes a few minutes. This allows me to learn more about your lifestyle, hair, and goals so I can confirm that hand-tied extensions are the right fit for you.

Once submitted, I'll review your form to get a feel for your goals and reach out to discuss next steps. In-person consultations are highly encouraged and prioritized, as they allow for a more accurate, hands-on assessment. This meeting also gives us a chance to connect, answer questions, and set you up for the best experience possible. The in-person consultation fee is $50, which is credited toward your installation should we move forward together.

If the situation is very straightforward or a remote consultation is more convenient, we can proceed with a photo-based assessment. Texting is the best way to communicate, as I'm often working hands-on with clients. I'm also happy to schedule a phone call if needed. Regardless of the consultation method, you can expect a thoughtfully customized plan that achieves your desired look while always prioritizing the integrity of your natural hair.
