Tracy is a hair extension specialist with over 15 years behind the chair and 8 years dedicated specifically to extensions. She specializes in advanced beaded row techniques, including hidden bead placement, working primarily with hand-tied and genius wefts for seamless, undetectable results.

Known for creating natural movement, comfort, and long-term wearability, Tracy focuses on delivering extensions that feel as good as they look. She has a particular expertise working with curly and textured hair, drawing from her own experience to ensure proper blending and integrity.

In addition to extensions, Tracy is an expert colorist who loves dimensional blondes, rich brunettes, and transformative, lived-in color. She thrives on full transformations and takes pride in creating customized results tailored to each client.

After seven years in a salon environment, she transitioned to independent chair rental before opening her boutique extension studio, The Glow Up, in 2022 — a private, luxury space designed to provide a refined, personalized experience.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Tracy brings both creativity and discipline to her craft. Shortly after completing her degree, she pursued her passion for beauty full time, building a career rooted in technical precision and artistry.

Outside of the salon, Tracy is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth. She lives a clean, holistic lifestyle, enjoys strength training and long walks, and has a love for music and dancing. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with three cats and values a calm, grounded environment that supports both creativity and well-being.
